EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy designed to help people process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing memories. Using guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess experiences, allowing you to feel calmer and more in control.
I am EMDR-trained and experienced in supporting distressed clients, trauma survivors, and those navigating complex family or relationship dynamics, ensuring sessions are safe, supportive, and effective.
Psychotherapy
(Individuals, Couples, Families, Groups)
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to better understand what’s impacting your life. With years of experience working with neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and trauma survivors, I bring a nuanced, understanding approach tailored to your unique needs.
