This Privacy Policy describes how this website (brajantherapy.com aka brajankowalski.com) collects, uses, and protects information from visitors. It applies to the website only. It is not the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a client under HIPAA, which governs your protected health information and is provided separately at intake and posted as its own document on this site. If anything here conflicts with that Notice for an actual client, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

This is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and is not used to identify you personally.

We recommend using the client portal rather than the general contact form for anything you would consider sensitive or clinical in nature.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information collected through this site to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, understand and improve site traffic and content, and meet our legal and licensure-related obligations. We do not sell visitor information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please avoid sending detailed clinical, medical, or otherwise sensitive information through the general contact form or by unencrypted email; use the secure client portal for anything of that nature.

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, the client portal, professional directories, or informational resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This website is not directed at children and is not intended for use by children browsing independently. If you are the parent or guardian of a prospective minor client, please submit any contact or intake information on their behalf.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask us to delete information you submitted through the contact form by emailing brajantherapy@gmail.com.
