ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

This website provides general information about Brajan Kowalski Therapy's practice and services. It is intended for informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a clinician-client relationship. That relationship begins only once intake paperwork, informed consent, and scheduling are completed through the appropriate secure process.

LICENSURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

Brajan Kowalski is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida (license #27206). In Ohio, Brajan Kowalski holds a pre-licensure registration (Social Worker Trainee, license S.2512877) and provides services there under the clinical supervision of Kelli Skaggs, LISW-S (Ohio license I.2102688-SUPV).

Telehealth services are provided only to individuals physically located, at the time of each session, in a state where the clinician is currently licensed. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their location meets this requirement before each telehealth session. Services may not be available in all states, and availability may change based on licensure status.

While every effort is made to provide effective, evidence-informed care, no specific outcome, result, or timeline for improvement is guaranteed, whether described on this website or discussed during a consultation.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Email and the general contact form on this website are not fully secure or encrypted methods of communication. Please do not use them to send protected health information, detailed clinical history, or other sensitive information. Secure intake, scheduling, and clinical communication take place through our client portal (TherapyNotes / TherapyPortal), which is a HIPAA-compliant platform. Confidentiality of clinical services is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at intake.

MINORS

Services for clients under 18 require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are inquiring on behalf of a minor, please have a parent or guardian submit the contact form or intake paperwork. Standard limits of confidentiality that apply to minor clients will be explained during the informed consent process at intake.
